Gary Winn MFPWS FCABE CEnv RIBA

Gary is in his tenth year as a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, and has a breadth of experience as Building Owner, Adjoining Owner and Agreed Surveyor.
His experience as a Chartered Building Engineer and Architect is invaluable, when preparing Schedule of Conditions and Awards, an essential part of the party wall process.

This recent testimonial when acting as Adjoining Owners Surveyor summarises the extent of quality of service that he provides…

“Gary Winn at Progression Architects Ltd recently acted for us as our Party Wall Surveyor. He took care of everything, from serving the notices, responding to the queries and requests of our neighbours, through to the survey and issuing of the Award.
He was extremely professional and thorough throughout the process and made it as easy as possible for us.
He also got everything done very quickly and was great at communicating with us as we went along.
For all the effort and detail that went into the work, I think he was also very reasonable in his costs.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gary for any Party Wall or architectural work and I'm very grateful that he was recommended to us.”

He is always striving to broaden his skill set and besides working as an Architect as part Progression Architects, is also engaged on a part-time doctoral programme
where his project is exploring the relationship between trees and buildings.
